The one thing Proselon does not charge for is the AI itself, since the co-writer runs on your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok account, signed in the way you always sign in, or on a free local model on your own computer. We neither resell that access nor mark it up. No API keys necessary, and no meter from us.

Creating an account costs nothing and asks for no credit card. The trial begins the moment the account does, and for 30 days the whole application is yours — every feature, every engine, unlimited co-writing, and not a stripped-down sample of any of it. We email you before the 30 days are up, and should you wish to carry on writing you add a card at that point, at $6 a month or $50 a year. Do nothing and the trial lapses. You are never charged.

No. The 30-day trial begins without one, and we have no means of charging you during it, there being nothing on file to charge. You enter a card only if you decide Proselon has earned a place in your writing. The policies remain simple after that: we email you before your first charges, refunds come on request within 30 days of a charge, and cancelling takes one click.

Never during the trial. With no card on file, a surprise charge is not among the things that can happen to you. Add a card before the trial ends and your first charge falls on the day it ends. Come back after it is over and you are charged when you subscribe. Either way the figure is $6 for a month or $50 for a year, renewing automatically unless you cancel, and we email you a reminder before your first couple of renewals, so nothing arrives unannounced.

Cancel in one click, at any hour, from your billing portal, with no email to chase and no retention maze to walk out of. Refunds are equally short: ask within 30 days of a charge and you get it back. No reason is required. Email us and we reverse it. Either way your manuscript remains plain files in your own Documents folder, and cancelling Proselon never touches your book.
